Welcome to The Banyan Collective. I’m Maiya, a former international researcher turned creative entrepreneur. My passion has always been curating—whether it’s items, spaces, or experiences. That love for collecting and curating naturally evolved into my businesses, each one an extension of my vision for thoughtful design and artistic expression.

What began in 2018 as The Banyan Collection, a boutique event décor and furniture rental business, evolved into a brand centered around curated experiences. In 2020, we expanded into botanical design, blending artistry with nature to create unforgettable floral arrangements. As our passion for curated experiences grew, so did our offerings.

Today, The Banyan Collection encompasses a family of creative ventures. Our floral and décor services bring refined beauty to events of all kinds, while Loft Studio Edmonton, established in 2021, provides a thoughtfully designed space for photographers and creatives. Most recently, we launched Bloom Bar by Banyan, a hands-on floral experience that invites people to explore the joy of arranging flowers for themselves.
