Loft Studio features a large, unobstructed south-facing window, offering beautiful, consistent natural light throughout the day and all year round. In the early mornings and evenings, a soft windowpane shadow adds a creative touch to your shots.

Loft Studio boasts over 1,000 square feet of versatile space, offering you the flexibility to design and capture multiple setups in a single session. The studio also includes a dedicated lounge area for your belongings, prep, or hair and makeup setup, along with a spacious in-studio washroom for added convenience.

The Loft Studio Experience

At Loft Studio, we’re all about flexibility and creativity. We’re often asked, 'What are the current sets?' The answer is simple: whatever you want it to be. As long as you respect the space, you have the freedom to transform it to compliment your vision. While our furniture and decor inventory (with the exception of draping and seasonal florals) stays consistent, the possibilities are endless. Our pre-designed sets are here to inspire, but we encourage you to customize what’s available or create something entirely new. With a wide range of decor included in your booking, Loft Studio is a dynamic, ever-evolving space designed to provide the tools and flexibility needed to bring your vision to life.

Please note that setup and takedown must be completed within your booked time frame. Sessions that go over by more than 15 minutes with out permission will incur a half hour booking fee. All listed rates include GST.

A softer take on Valentine’s, moving beyond classic red and white into something calm, romantic, and timeless. Designed for Valentine photos, content creation, portraits, birthdays, mother and me sessions, and more, with customizable elements to align seamlessly with your vision.

Expect our popular ceiling draping, plinths with silk floral installations, crystal chandeliers, pearl accents, and subtle romantic details.

We will also be providing a curated box of props including red hearts and playful accessories within the classic Valentine theme.

The remainder of the studio remains clean and neutral, ready to support your branding and creative direction.

Just a friendly reminder that studio bookings are on a first come first serve basis with full payment and signed contract required to hold and secure your date.

Our studio availability can be found below or in the 'Calendars' highlight on our Instagram page. To book, simply send us an inquiry below or reach out via Instagram DM. Once we confirm your date and time, you’ll receive an email with the booking contract and payment details. Please note that we currently only accept payment via e-transfer.

Bookings are only confirmed once we receive back both a signed contract and full payment.

FAQs

Loft Studio welcomes pets strictly for photoshoot purposes, with prior approval required (guide and support dogs excluded).
Clients must notify the studio in advance if they plan to bring a pet. They are fully responsible for any potential mess or damages caused. Pets must be supervised at all times and are only allowed on furniture for photos—lounging is not permitted.
Loft Studio is designed primarily for natural light photography and does not provide or rent professional lighting equipment. While standard ceiling lights are available, they are not recommended for nighttime photography. Clients are welcome to bring their own lighting equipment, with multiple power outlets available for use.
No, Loft Studio is a rental space only, and photography services are not included. However, we’d be happy to recommend photographers if you don’t have one. You’re also not required to work with a professional photographer—you’re welcome to take your own photos or have a friend or family member capture them for you.
All bookings include exclusive, private use of the studio.
Clients have full access to the lounge area, in-studio washroom, all sets including limited time seasonal setups, and our complete furniture and décor inventory.
Yes, we have a dedicated parking pad immediately behind our building for clients. There is additional parking along the west side of the building in the alleyway along the fence or free parking on the surrounded residential streets.
Please do not park in the car dealership lot or Acajutla Restaurant lot at the end of the block.
No-shows or late arrivals will result in forfeiture of payment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the original booking may be eligible for a rescheduling credit, granted at the Studio’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. If approved, this credit allows the Client to rebook on a weekday (Monday–Friday), regardless of the original booking day, subject to availability. The Studio reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests based on availability or other operational needs.
Yes, we allow clients to host small elopements at the studio. However, because it is considered a small event, we charge $100 per hour and our regular rate thereafter. Clients are welcome to have their elopement and stay for photos afterward. Please contact us for additional details.
Our pre-designed studio sets change regularly, so if you have a specific set in mind, please contact us to confirm its availability. Floral installations are seasonal and may change without notice. We also offer themed sets for holidays and seasons, including Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s, and spring—available for a limited time only.
We currently do not accept bookings for parties or non-photography/videography related events with the exception of small elopements and proposals.
However, we welcome bookings for content and branding days, photography workshops, wedding party photos, and mini sessions.

At Loft Studio, we offer the unique ability to create custom sets and décor to match your vision. From draping and floral installations to fresh florals and chandeliers, we provide a range of add-ons to enhance your shoot. Custom set designs are available for an additional cost—reach out to us for more details on how we can bring your idea to life.
Unfortunately, our studio is not wheelchair accessible. The building has one flight of stairs and no elevator access.
